Spherion Staffing has a 2 week opening for a Customer Service/Dispatcher. The Customer Service Representative performs a wide variety of tasks, but generally serves as a liaison between our customers and the company. This person must be well organized and be a self-starter. This position requires excellent clerical and secretarial skills for completing routine tasks and requires good interpersonal skills for communicating with numerous people both internal and external to the company.

Pay $18-21/hour DOE
Responsibilities:
-Receive incoming phone calls from customers for service or supplies
-Complete service and supply orders from customers and follow up that fulfillments were processed in a timely manner
-Answer customer questions regarding service and supply request. Report client concerns with department managers
-Help resolve billing issues for service and supply invoices, make corrections as needed
-Perform daily actions such as billing and shipping audits, review pending supply orders and check supply back order status with the warehouse manager
-Coordinate special supply orders as necessary with the purchasing department
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
