This role provides full-scope HR support across retail, garden shop, and pharmacy locations in a 3-state region, focusing on recruiting, employee relations, leave management, benefits, and compliance.

Recruiting & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment for seasonal, entry-level, and management roles across 3 states; conduct interviews, extend offers, and oversee orientation
Employee Relations: Coach managers on performance reviews, discipline, and conflict resolution; drive employee engagement and community outreach
Leave & Workers? Comp: Administer medical/military leaves (FMLA), track return-to-work plans, and manage workers? compensation claims and safety incidents
Benefits Administration: Guide staff through open enrollment, manage carrier reports, and assist with benefit eligibility and enrollments
Compliance & Training: Ensure adherence to multi-state labor laws, EEO, and Medicare accreditation standards; maintain accurate employee records in ADP
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor?s degree in HR or related field
Experience: 3+ years of HR experience; multi-state compliance and leave management experience required (retail/pharmacy experience preferred)
Skills: Proficiency in ADP, ApplicantStack, and MS Office; strong communication, conflict resolution, and multi-tasking skills
