Spherion Sioux Falls is seeking 2 temporary Laborers for a 1-month assignment. The primary responsibility for this laborer position is to unpack chains from crate, chain handling and pre-loading support at customer site in Yankton, SD. Then recoil chain and repack in crate for storage.
Pay $19-20/hour
Responsibilities:

-Assist in loading, unloading, and positioning chains on the pre-loading setup
-Support repacking, tagging, and segregation after pre-loading
-Handle material movement near work area (chains ~50 lbs each; NO forklift duties)
-Assist in mounting/dismounting chains on pre-loading fixture under supervision
-Follow all safety norms and use required PPE during operations

-Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
-Able to work a full-time schedule, Mon-Friday, no overtime is currently authorized
-Must be able to lift <50# consistently throughout shift
-Steel Toe Boots required, safety glasses and earplugs are mandatory in the crate storage area
-Drug and background checks are required
