Spherion is seeking a Temporary Marketing Assistant to provide essential communications and creative support to a leading organization. This is an exciting contract role with the opportunity to immediately contribute to the organization's public image, digital presence, and overall communication goals. This is a temporary position, estimated to last 3-6 months.

Responsibilities:

• The Mission: Creative & Digital Execution: You will be the central support for all marketing efforts, responsible for both digital maintenance and creative content generation.
• Content Creation: Design, develop, and communicate a wide variety of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and internal documentation.
• Social Media & Web: Build, maintain, and strengthen the company's presence across all social media platforms (increasing awareness, promoting recruiting, and highlighting events). You will also monitor and make updates to websites and e-commerce platforms as instructed.
• Photography & Assets: Act as the company's primary photographer for new employees and company events. You will also manage and maintain the stock photo database and photography equipment.
• Data & Insights: Conduct basic collection and reporting of analytics (media, website, social) to measure tactic effectiveness and inform future strategies.
• Event Coordination: Work closely with the Head of Marketing to coordinate customer visits, training events, and trade show registration logistics.
• Tech Stack: Daily use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop) and digital platforms like WordPress and Google Analytics.

Qualifications:

• We are looking for someone who is ready to jump in and bring fresh ideas.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: At least one year of professional experience in marketing and communications is preferred.
• Must Haves: Exceptional attention to detail, proven knowledge of online platforms, and an excellent work ethic with a positive, motivated attitude.
