Shift Details:
This role requires full coverage across two specific date blocks: ASAP through September 8th, and September 21st through September 23rd. Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Greet Visitors & Manage Access: Warmly welcome all guests, executives, and employees as they arrive. Hand out visitor passes and make sure everyone signs in properly.
- Basic Tech & Screen Help: Help setup and fix simple computer issues at desks and in meeting rooms, including plugging in cables, adjusting monitors, and testing TV screens.
- Use Microsoft Office Tools: Use Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) to track visitors, book meeting rooms, and send messages to the right team members.
- Handle Calls, Mail & Packages: Answer and transfer main phone calls. Sort, log, and hand out all incoming mail and package deliveries daily.
- Keep Front Areas Clean & Organized: Keep the front desk, lobby, and computer check-in areas tidy, welcoming, and stocked with needed supplies.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Relevant Experience: 1-3 years in a front desk, workplace operations, administrative, or customer-facing IT helpdesk role.
- High-Touch Hospitality: Prior experience greeting executives, VIP guests, and clients in a professional office setting.
- Troubleshooting Experience: Familiarity with basic AV equipment or helping office workers with simple desktop setup issues.

- Availability & Dependability: Full, reliable availability for both coverage periods (ASAP?Sept 8 and Sept 21?Sept 23).
- Communication & Professionalism: Excellent verbal and written communication with a friendly, professional, and customer-first attitude.
- Basic Office Tech: Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) for email, calendar management, and tracking lists.
- Workstation & Hardware Setup: Ability to do basic hardware troubleshooting, such as plugging in cables, setting up desk monitors, and connecting laptops to meeting room screens.
Fast-Paced Adaptability: Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once in a corporate technology environment.
