- Ensure that all documents are clean, free from any tears or creases, and properly aligned for scanning
- Scan, store, and organize electronic documents and images to ensure that they are accessible to authorized parties; documents could include; medical, research, mortgage, government, etc.
- Ability to manage files within Windows database for accurate tracking and review
- Keep all client information secure and confidential
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Prefer experience in troubleshooting, document digitization, and/or Adobe programs
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Must be able to commit to the contract position; this role starts as soon as possible and is estimated to end around the March/April 2026 timeframe
- Must be comfortable to work at a seated work station for a full 8 hour day
- This position requires basic computer skills, ability to pass all skills assessments (typing, data entry, and file management.), and the necessary onboarding process.
- Ability to work on the same repetitive task for a long period of time.
- Ability to lift 50lbs intermittently throughout your shift (typically in banker boxes)
