Spherion Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Service Support Specialist for a short-term assignment with the potential for permanent placement. Schedule: Full-time (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Pay $24/hour, depending on experience (DOE)
Based in Bismarck, ND, with bi-weekly travel to the Dickinson office
Responsibilities:
-Assist service managers with work order dispatching and Preventive Maintenance (PM) contract renewals, specifically for the Dickinson location
-Process and maintain service and sheet metal job records, including purchase orders, invoices, and payments
-Match receiving slips to invoices and verify technician timecards against work orders to ensure billing accuracy
-Direct incoming calls and handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner
-Support month-end close-outs, accounts receivable/payable, and collections
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
-3-5 years in service scheduling, dispatch, or a related industry preferred
-Experience with Sage Timberline is a plus

Qualifications:
-Associate degree in Accounting or Business, or equivalent work experience.
-Must have proficiency in Windows-based Office programs
-Strong organizational skills, mathematical reasoning, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
