Job Description:

Join our team as a Textile Restoration Specialist! You’ll be the hero for families recovering from property damage by restoring their clothing and belongings to like-new condition.

This is a hands-on, active role that combines industrial laundry operations with high-attention detail work like professional finishing and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial washers and dryers to clean clothing and fabrics according to specific restoration protocols.
• Perform professional ironing, steaming, and folding to ensure items are returned to the customer in pristine condition.
• Carefully package restored clothing and textiles to prevent damage and prepare them for delivery.
• Manage the transport and processing of fragile or high-value items with extreme care.
• Accurately log and track all items through an inventory management system to ensure nothing is lost or misplaced.

Education: High School

Experience:

• Previous experience in restoration, professional laundry/dry cleaning preferred.
• Ability to spot stains, damage, or specific fabric needs; high standards for folding and presentation.
• Ability to lift 30–40 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a physically active environment.
• A positive, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends) when necessary.
