We are seeking a highly skilled TIG Welder to join our premier manufacturing team. In this role, you will work extensively with various metals to produce high-quality components for diverse industrial applications. Responsibilities:
Perform high-precision TIG welding on various metals using wire and rod feeders.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols to ensure exact specifications.
Set up and calibrate welding equipment based on material thickness and alloy type.
Inspect welds for bubbles, cracks, or other defects to maintain rigorous quality standards.
Collaborate with the design team to troubleshoot complex assembly challenges.
Maintain a safe and organized workspace in accordance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Experience working with specialty metals (e.g., stainless steel, aluminum, alloys)
Formal welding certification from a technical or trade school
Experience in precision fabrication or high-end manufacturing environments
Ability to troubleshoot complex assemblies and collaborate with engineering/design teams
Familiarity with advanced or high-end welding equipment
Willingness to pursue additional certifications or training

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a TIG Welder (GTAW)
Proficiency in TIG welding using wire and rod
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols
Experience with equipment setup and calibration based on material type and thickness
Skilled in inspecting welds for defects (cracks, porosity, inconsistencies)
Manual dexterity and attention to detail for precision work
Ability to pass a weld test during the interview process
Knowledge of workplace safety standards (OSHA)
High school diploma or equivalent
