Job Description:
This position is responsible for mounting and assembling single-piece, three-piece, and five-piece wheels and tires while ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
- Mount and assemble single-piece, three-piece, and five-piece wheels and tires
- Read and interpret customer drawings and specifications accurately
- Preassemble wheels and organize wheels and tires for the mounting process
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management or supervisors
Education: High School
Experience: 12 months
- Basic knowledge of tires and tire mounting preferred
- Positive attitude with strong self-motivation
- Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Physical:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with unrestricted mobility
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, along with bending, standing, pushing, and pulling tires throughout the workday
