Applicator & Tooling Production: Build, test, groom, and troubleshoot applicators and tooling while designing revisions as needed to optimize performance.Inspection & Quality Control: Read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments to conduct thorough dimensional and visual inspections, ensuring all parts conform to quality standards.Machining & Shop Operations: Safely operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, drill presses, and band saws to manufacture and adjust tooling.Scheduling & Documentation: Utilize internal computer programs to track WIP status, schedule daily workloads from production reports, and maintain accurate records of all completed work.Technical Support & Collaboration: Provide technical assistance on applicator issues to customers and sales personnel, working collaboratively under management guidance.
