Responsibilities:
Quality Inspection: Scrutinize finished surfaces for drips, runs, debris, or "holidays" (unpainted spots).
Surface Repair: Expertly sand, fill, and prep small imperfections without damaging the surrounding finish.
Color Matching: Verify paint batches and perform onsite tinting or adjustments to ensure seamless blending.
Precision Application: Utilize brushes, dabbing tools, and HVLP touch-up guns to repair finishes.
Texture Blending: Mimic existing textures (stipple, orange peel, or smooth) so repairs are invisible to the naked eye.
Final Clean-up: Ensure the workspace is free of overspray and the product is ready for delivery or final walkthrough.
Working hours: 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Qualifications:
1+ years in professional painting
Ability to distinguish subtle variations in color, sheen (Matte vs. Satin), and texture.
Proficiency with various coatings (Latex, Lacquer, Oil-based, or Powder Coats).
Ability to maintain focus and manual dexterity during repetitive, high-detail tasks.
