What You'll Do
- Trim excess plastic from parting lines and use hand tools to flame and finish parts.
- Assemble products according to specific work instructions and perform visual inspections to communicate findings to operators.
- Account for time and work completed via an online computer data collection system and perform basic data entry.
- Participate in equipment preventative maintenance at the operator level and report deficiencies to the maintenance team.
- Resolve basic manufacturing issues and document production or quality control concerns.
- Ensure full compliance with corporate and plant safety standards at all times.

What You'll Need
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, twist, and transport materials short distances.
- Strong shop math skills, competency in dimensional measuring, and a basic understanding of computer functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in a highly technical or fabrication environment is desired; must be able to work safely with hand tools.
