Work Environment & Shifts Working in a food production plant with ambient temperatures and loud noise levels. The facility provides smocks, hair nets, and safety glasses.
Shift Structures:
1st Shift: 6:45 am to 3:15 pm
2nd Shift: 2:45 pm to 11:15 pm
3rd Shift: 10:45 pm to 7:15 am
Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Execute general machine operation and speed adjustments to maintain production flow.
Quality Assurance: Utilize calipers for precise measurements and maintain all required quality documentation.
Maintenance: Perform minor maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all Food Safety and Food Defense standards within a GMP environment.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Urgency: The ability to work quickly and efficiently to maintain production flow and meet deadlines.
Problem Solving: Aptitude for identifying line issues and implementing solutions to keep machinery running.
Communication: Clear and effective interaction with team members and supervisors regarding production status or quality concerns.
Attendance Reliability: A consistent track record of punctuality and showing up for scheduled shifts.
Attention to Detail: Precision in taking caliper measurements and maintaining accurate quality documentation.
Adaptability: Comfort working in a loud, ambient food production environment while following strict safety protocols

Qualifications:
Experience: 1+ years of production experience.
Technical Skills: Basic math and caliper skills.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and comfort with bending, climbing, and standing for long periods.
Equipment: Must own and wear non-slip, steel-toed boots.
Soft Skills: A strong sense of urgency, problem-solving abilities, and reliable attendance.
