Responsibilities:
Process Execution: Follow step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manufacturing routing
sheets, and safety standards to process semiconductor substrates accurately.Tool & Equipment Operation: Setup, monitor, and run automated and semi-automated fab tools across
photolithography, wet/dry etching, thin-film deposition, inspection, or packaging stations.Safe Chemical Handling: Safely handle, transfer, and dispose of production chemicals and solvents in
strict accordance with site EHS guidelines and proper PPE protocols.
? Quality & Defect Monitoring: Inspect substrates manually and via optical microscopes to identify surface
defects, track process drift, and safeguard output quality.Data Entry & Logging: Maintain meticulous lot histories, equipment logs, and material counts utilizing
internal Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and basic spreadsheet tools (MS Excel, Word).
? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with team leads, process engineers, and maintenance staff to
keep operations running smoothly and address tool flags promptly.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 AM

Skills:
- Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent job experience required. Vocational coursework,
technical training, or an Associate's degree is advantageous.
- Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in cleanroom environments, wafer fabrication, optical component
processing, or similar high-precision manufacturing setting (4+ years of wafer fab experience strongly
preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for daily logging and data entry.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work short-notice overtime as required by production needs.

Shift Commitment: Full willingness and capability to work 12-hour compressed schedules 100% onsite
(specifically Shift B, C, or D).

Physical & Cleanroom Requirements: Ability to work in a cleanroom environment wearing a full Bunny
Suit plus PPE, stand for extended periods during 12-hour shifts, and work in close proximity to team
members and machinery.
Visual Acuity & Dexterity: 20/20 vision (corrected or natural) for short- and long-range visual clarity; solid
hand-eye coordination for delicate component handling.Safety & Compliance: Capable of working with production chemicals in accordance with safety
instructions, protocols, and EHS rules.
Core Competencies: Strong spoken and written English comprehension, strong teamwork abilities, and a
strict quality mindset with high attention to detail.
