We are seeking dependable, hard-working Seasonal Production Associates to join our fast-paced manufacturing team through the end of December. In this versatile role, you will cross-train across various areas, including machine operation, product packing, shipping, and general production support.

Because this is a peak seasonal period, strict attendance and open availability for weekend work are non-negotiable requirements for employment.

Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Assist with setup, monitoring, and light operation of production machinery.

Packing & Assembly: Inspect, package, label, and box finished goods according to quality standards.

Shipping & Receiving: Stage materials, load/unload shipments, and prepare packages for delivery.

Production Support: Maintain a clean workspace, replenish materials, and assist team members across departments as assigned.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
- Work Ethic: attention to detail, safety-minded attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to train and work in various departments (packing, machine operation, shipping).

Qualifications:
- Strict Attendance Policy: Perfect attendance and punctuality are required.
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work weekends as production demands dictate (non-negotiable).
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 40?50 lbs regularly throughout shift.


Various shift options available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings). Specific shift schedules and pay rates ($15.00 ? $16.00/hr) will be discussed during the interview process based on role placement.
