What Youll Do

• Construct custom wooden crates and skids according to work instructions
• Safely operate saws, pneumatic tools, and power tools for custom builds
• Inspect builds and secure products safely inside crates prior to shipment
• Work closely with the shipping team to maintain a steady flow of outgoing orders
• Monitor crate material inventory and alert supervisors when supplies need reordering
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Carpentry experience or familiarity with power tools preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 51 pounds throughout your shift
• Excellent organizational habits and a focus on workplace safety
• Flexibility to work until all daily shipments are complete
