Foundational Skills (Required)
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout a shift
Strong attention to detail for order accuracy and inventory tracking
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and safety protocols
Basic computer literacy for data entry or scanning equipment
Commitment to punctuality and a strong work ethic
Flexibility to work overtime or various shifts as needed
Dedication to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Advanced Skills (Preferred for some positions)
Experience with RF Scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Proficiency in Inventory Cycle Counting and Auditing
Experience with pallet jacks (manual or electric) and shrink-wrap machines
Prior experience in a high-volume Distribution Center (DC) or 3PL environment
