Spherion is seeking a reliable, self-motivated Warehouse Associate to join our client's team in Cumberland, RI. This role requires an individual who can work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Accurately handle and pack items according to specifications and safety guidelines.
Work independently without continuous supervision to keep up with daily workload and task deadlines.
Clock in/out daily using the facility's timekeeping system for weekly hour reporting.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Perform additional general warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in independent, autonomous production or packing roles.
Familiarity with inventory flow and basic warehouse safety protocols.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Prior warehouse, packing, or light industrial experience.
Excellent focus, self-direction, and task-management skills.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials throughout an 8-hour shift.
Clear communication and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
