Compensation: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Your primary focus is the seamless flow of goods.
You will:
-Manage Shipments: Assist with shipping and receiving by unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, and matching purchase orders to sales orders.
-Order Fulfillment: Read customer orders, work orders, and requisitions to accurately gather and distribute items for shipment.
-Operational Support: Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries to ensure loads arrive on time and in pristine condition.
-Safety & Maintenance: Keep the warehouse accessible and safe for all traffic, adhering strictly to safety protocols.
-Logistics Coordination: Take check calls from drivers and validate load data for accounting purposes before marking deliveries as complete.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Previous dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry.
Proficiency with handheld scanners and trailer loading/unloading.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED

Technical Basics: Familiarity with computers and the ability to learn internal systems.
