Unload and Load: Take boxes and items out of big shipping containers. Put items into outgoing trucks safely., Sort Items: Group items together by their code numbers so they are easy to find., Stack Pallets: Stack boxes neatly onto wooden pallets (platforms) and wrap them in plastic wrap so they do not fall., Count Inventory: Check lists to make sure we received the right number of items. Tell your manager if anything is broken or missing., Keep it Clean: Sweep the floors and throw away trash like empty cardboard boxes and plastic wrap to keep everyone safe., Use Tools: Use simple tools like hand trucks and pallet jacks to move heavy stacks of boxes.
