Responsibilities:
-Take charge of a specialized industrial banding gun (approx. 14 lbs) to secure large-scale solar panel stacks. This is a high-energy task that keeps you moving and active throughout your 12-hour shift!
-Logistics Mastery: Work as a vital link in the supply chain for Ohio?s booming solar industry, ensuring every pallet is perfectly "matched" and secured for its next destination.
-The Hustle Factor: Collaborate with your team to meet production goals, bringing that reliable energy that makes our Luckey, OH site a powerhouse of productivity.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
-Experience in heavy industrial or logistics environments.
-Experience with banding, strapping, or securing oversized freight.
-A "Safety-First" mindset and a history of great attendance.
-Preference for long-term growth (this is a temp-to-hire opportunity!).
