Responsibilities:
- Order Picking: Accurately pull customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verification: Check item numbers, quantities, and lot codes to ensure order accuracy.
- Packing: Securely pack items to prevent damage and prepare them for carrier pickup.
- Inventory Flow: Assist with stocking and organizing items using FIFO (first in, first out) rotation.
- Safety: Maintain a clean workspace and follow all safety guidelines and lifting techniques.
Skills & Qaulifications:
- Basic understanding of inventory control or batch/lot tracking.
- Capability to stand/walk for long periods and lift 30-70 lbs.
- Strong focus on accuracy while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Communication: Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate with supervisors.
- 6–12 months of warehouse experience.
- Familiarity with RF scanners or WMS/ERP systems.
- Basic understanding of inventory control or batch/lot tracking.
