The Role: Solar Pallet Specialist - $19.00 per hour!!
You are the "lucky charm" of our supply chain. As a Solar Pallet Specialist, you ensure that vital solar components are secured and ready to power the grid. This is a physical, high-impact role that keeps the Industrial Heart of Ohio beating strong.

The "Powerhouse" Rotation (Work-Life Balance)
We offer 12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule that gives you more "green" in your pocket and more time for yourself.

Day Shift: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm

Night Shift: 6:00 pm - 6:00 am

The Rotation: Mon/Tue/Sat/Sun OR Wed/Thu/Fri (Schedules rotate every other week).

Responsibilities:
Your Daily "Luck & Labor" Tasks:
Precision Banding (The Heavy Lift): Forget the gym???get paid to stay fit! You???ll use a specialized banding tool (approx. 14 lbs) to secure massive stacks of solar panels. This role requires strength and steady movement to ensure every "pot of gold" is locked down tight for transport.

Industrial Grit: Experience in heavy industrial or logistics environments (familiarity with the East Side/Oregon corridor is a major plus!).

Freight Finesse: Experience with banding, strapping, or securing oversized freight. You know how to lock it down tight.
