Responsibilities:
Your Daily "Matchmaking" Tasks: Precision Banding: Use a specialized banding gun (approx. 14 lbs) to secure large solar panel stacks. This is a great workout and requires constant movement! Safety-First Navigation: Because of the size of the pallets, you?ll be putting your skills to the test by driving in reverse to maintain visibility and safety.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Preferred Skills (The "Perfect Match") Experience in heavy industrial or logistics environments (like those found on the East Side/Oregon corridor). Experience with banding, strapping, or securing oversized freight. A "Safety-First" mindset and a history of great attendance. Preference for long-term growth (this is a temp-to-hire opportunity!).
