Responsibilities:
Unload incoming shipments, verify items against shipping records, inspect goods for damage or discrepancies, and route materials to designated stock or inspection areas.
Gather, verify, and pack items for shipment according to specifications and carrier requirements.
Accurately record all received and shipped goods following established procedures, completing both written logs and computerized records.
Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and hydraulic jack lifts, to move materials efficiently throughout the facility.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while adhering to standard safety guidelines.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Forklift certification preferred (ability to operate powered equipment required).
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 1 year of related warehouse, shipping, receiving, or forklift experience.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills to process documentation and shipping orders.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in a active warehouse environment.
Effective verbal communication skills and a team-player attitude.
A valid driver???s license with a clean driving record may be required.
