You will utilize a combination of specialized forklift operation and handheld banding tools to maintain a steady flow of outbound inventory. This position is ideal for experienced operators who are comfortable working with oversized loads and can maintain high attention to detail throughout their shift.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you are responsible for the final staging of solar panels.
Primary duties include using a 14-lb handheld banding gun to secure panels to pallets and operating a sit-down forklift to transport oversized loads.
Due to the large size of the product, you will be required to drive in reverse to ensure a clear line of sight and maintain site safety.

Skills:
Forklift Experience: 6+ months of sit-down forklift experience is a major plus for our operator roles.
Forklift Adaptability: Experience driving a forklift in reverse is highly preferred for our forklift roles.
Physical Strength: Ability to handle a physically demanding role, including constantly using a 14 lb tool (banding gun).
Comfort with Heights: Willingness to use a rolling warehouse ladder (as needed for some roles).

Attention to Detail: Must be able to accurately count parts and interpret picking sheets.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for an entire shift (8-10 hours).

Safety: Must own or be able to acquire safety-toed shoes (steel toes).
Reliability: Must have a strong work ethic and be reliable for all scheduled shifts.
Adaptability: Must be willing to follow all safety guidelines, including dress code (non-distressed pants).
