We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join a team as a Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics Coordinator. This is a hands-on position supporting a warehouse operations, inventory tracking, shipping, receiving, and logistics activities. Responsibilities:
Warehouse & Inventory:
Support the day-to-day organization and operation of the warehouse.
Receive, inspect, organize, and properly store incoming materials and products.
Maintain accurate inventory records and physical inventory organization.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate when materials need to be reordered.
Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
Shipping & Logistics
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
Schedule carrier pickups and deliveries.
Prepare and maintain shipping documentation.
Track shipments and follow up on delays, delivery issues, or discrepancies.
Coordinate the movement of materials between suppliers, internal facilities, customers, and other locations.
General Responsibilities
Take ownership of assigned warehouse, inventory, shipping, and logistics responsibilities.
Follow company procedures and safety requirements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Identify problems and communicate them promptly.
Help improve warehouse and logistics processes as the company continues to grow.
Work collaboratively with other departments and perform other related duties as needed.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, manufacturing, or material-handling experience.
Previous forklift operation experience strongly preferred.
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be willing and able to become forklift certified.
Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
Ability to lift and move items weighing at least 50 pounds.
Comfort working in a hands-on warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to take ownership, follow through on responsibilities, and adapt to growing processes.
