Responsibilities:
Technical Inspection & Maintenance: Lead the systematic inspection, testing, and upkeep of all industrial tools (drills, grinders, etc.) and electrical equipment. Coordinate monthly service and inspection schedules for the fleet of service trucks and mobile trailers.
Gatekeeper of Flow: Oversee the total lifecycle of materials, from facility opening/closing to receiving, inspection, and final shipping. Maintain precision records and paperwork for all inventory movement
The Readiness Architect: Own the organization, stocking, and management of mobile service trailers and general warehouse inventory. Use Microsoft Excel and tracking platforms (like Trello) to maintain tight cost control and stock levels. .
Field Liaison: Serve as the direct communication bridge to Project Managers and Job Site Leaders. Proactively translate crew needs into material and equipment preparation, ensuring no time is lost on site.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Skills:
Physical Readiness: Must be capable of performing physical labor in an industrial setting, including the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications:
Experience Profile: Minimum 2???4 years in industrial shop or warehouse operations, with proven supervisory experience essential.
Technical Aptitude: Must possess a strong, verifiable working knowledge of industrial power tools, equipment, and electrical components used in mechanical environments.
Administrative Command: Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite for accurate inventory tracking and reporting.
Education: High school diploma or GED required. Technical or vocational training is a strong asset.
Logistics Credentials: Valid Driver???s License required. Forklift certification is a major bonus.
