Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Oversee daily warehouse flow, optimize internal processes, and implement operational policies.
Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and manage warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and a positive work environment.
Inventory & Logistics: Manage stock levels, ensure precise record-keeping, and coordinate all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain an organized, clean, and OSHA-compliant workspace.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other departments to align warehouse operations with broader company goals.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Equipment Mastery: Proficiency in Forklift Operation, with a valid certification being highly beneficial.
