Job Description:

The main job will be tracking shipments, managing paperwork, and coordinating with different teams. You will handle professional tasks like answering calls and working with outside partners to keep the warehouse running smoothly. While this is an office-focused role, you may occasionally step out to provide light support to the operations team when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor inbound receiving and outbound fulfillment activities 
• Track inbound shipment processing and confirm inventory is assigned to correct bin locations. 
• Monitor Shopify order flow, shipping priorities, and daily cutoff times 
• Verify packing lists, shipping documentation, and order accuracy reports 
• Maintain inventory records, bin location documentation, and warehouse logs 
• Attend operational calls and assist with warehouse-related communication 
• Serve as an administrative point of contact for warehouse operations
• Support scheduling, onboarding, and time tracking for temporary warehouse staff 
• Maintain SOPs, checklists, and compliance documentation 
• Escalate inventory discrepancies, delays, or operational issues to management

Education: No formal education required.

Experience: 6 months

• Previous experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or operations coordination
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
• Proficient with spreadsheets, inventory systems, and order platforms (e.g., Shopify)
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
