Responsibilities

Unload inbound freight from trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
Feed merchandise onto conveyor systems while maintaining a steady workflow.
Meet or exceed specific productivity quotas (handling high volumes of cartons per hour) to ensure daily operational goals are met.
Inspect cartons for damage and ensure accurate sorting for processing.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent hazards.
Collaborate with team members to clear bottlenecks and maintain system flow.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred, but motivated beginners are welcome.
Physical Endurance: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift (10–12 hours).
Strength: Capable of repetitively lifting and moving cartons weighing up to 50 lbs.
Speed & Accuracy: Demonstrated ability to work quickly without sacrificing precision; comfortable working towards hourly performance targets.
Reliability: Strong attendance record and a "can-do" attitude.
