Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Conduct safety huddles, manage inventory/special orders, and oversee the issue tracker.
Team Leadership: Execute hiring, conduct performance reviews, and provide hands-on coaching and training.
Workflow Excellence: Ensure all tasks align with SOPs, optimize labor resources, and manage quality control.
Facility Management: Oversee equipment maintenance, conduct physical inventories, and manage local vendor relationships.
Administrative: Approve weekly payroll, manage department budgets, and maintain prompt communication across departments.
Values & Culture: Promote a safety-first culture, and host local team appreciation events.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
OEM Knowledge: Previous experience working with GM and Ford parts.
Systems: Familiarity with GM and Ford inventory processing systems.
Financial Acumen: Understanding of cost control, budgeting, and revenue management.
Continuous Improvement: Experience identifying process gaps and implementing updated procedures.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor?s Degree or Trade School certification.
Experience: Proven history of consistent work and attendance.
Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with WMS/TMS/ERP systems.
Equipment: Experience with powered industrial equipment (forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks).
Compliance: Must pass a background check and drug screen; must have a clear driving record.
Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently with strong interpersonal skills.
Soft Skills: Excellent decision-making, time management, and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
