Multiple Openings, Multiple Shifts
Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Spherion offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, Washington paid sick leave, an incentive and recognition program (all benefits are based on eligibility).
Responsibilities:
Material Handling: Operate forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and overhead hoists to move parts and materials.
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and wrap customer orders; process, verify, and load shipments accurately.
Inventory Control: Use hand-held scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory, update locations, and conduct cycle counts.
Receiving & Processing: Unload incoming inventory, inspect for damages, and stock shelves.
Safety & Maintenance: Strictly follow safety procedures, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean work area (housekeeping).
Other Tasks: Build wooden shipping containers, use pneumatic tools, and assist with, or perform, hydraulic hose assembly.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Qualifications:
RF Scan Gun experience
Forklift knowledge
Lifting up to 50 pounds
Walking upwards of 10 miles a shift
1+ years of warehouse/inventory experience
