As a Putwall Associate, you will play a critical role in our 3PL warehouse operations by bridging the gap between bulk batch picking and final order packing. You will organize items from mixed bulk batches into individual customer orders using a physical putwall structure. This fast-paced position requires keen attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency to ensure every customer order is sorted correctly before heading to the packing station.

Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM $14.50
Night Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM (10-Hour Four-Day Work Week) $15.25
Responsibilities:
Order Sorting & Consolidation: Scan incoming batch tote items and correctly "put" them into assigned putwall cubbies based on system directions.
Inventory & Order Accuracy: Verify item SKUs and quantities to ensure each customer cubbie contains the exact items requested before signaling the order is complete.
Process Efficiency: Maintain a quick and steady sorting pace to keep fulfillment moving smoothly between batch picking and final packing teams.
Equipment & Technology Use: Utilize RF scanners, put-to-light/pick-to-light systems, or warehouse management software (WMS) to track inventory movement.
Workstation Maintenance: Keep assigned putwall bays, aisles, and staging areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Team Collaboration: Communicate with team leads, batch pickers, and packers to resolve inventory discrepancies or order holds promptly.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs continuously throughout your shift.
Frequent reaching overhead and bending down to access upper and lower putwall cubbies.
Work is performed in a fast-paced, active warehouse environment.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse, order sorting, or 3PL fulfillment experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
High attention to detail with strong focus on numerical and SKU accuracy.
Ability to work comfortably with basic warehouse technology (RF scanners, touchscreens, digital light displays).
Reliable attendance and punctuality for your chosen shift schedule.
