You will oversee a tight-knit team of 4-6 warehouse associates, championing site safety while ensuring logistics and shipping/receiving processes run seamlessly.

Rotating schedules, 6am-6pm

4 days one week, 3 days the next week.

May need to work 13-14 hours per day during setup stages until center is up and running

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of 4???6 warehouse associates. Manage daily workflows, performance, and scheduling.

Logistics & Systems Management: Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to coordinate logistics.

Inbound/Outbound Coordination: Schedule carrier pick-ups and drop-offs, and accurately manage Bill of Lading (BOL) paperwork.

Safety Compliance: Maintain a culture of safety. Ensure all team members adhere to OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols.

Hands-On Operations: Balance administrative computer tasks with active floor supervision. This is a "boots-on-the-ground" role where you will be expected to step in and help unload trailers or move product based on peak volume and labor demands.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:
Experience: 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency with WMS and TMS software is highly preferred. Comfortable navigating computers for scheduling and documentation.

Documentation Skills: Strong understanding of shipping/receiving documentation, specifically BOLs and freight scheduling.

Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk on the warehouse floor for extended periods, and lift up to [e.g., 50 lbs] to assist with unloading as needed.

Leadership Style: A collaborative, "lead-by-example" attitude with excellent communication skills.
