Available Locations & Shifts:
Kent - Russell: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
Kent - 66th: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
Note on Work Hours: Full-time (5 days/week, 9-hour shifts - includes a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks)
Responsibilities:
- Inventory & Order Processing: Process incoming and outgoing orders by reading labels, using a handheld scanner, and logging data into our proprietary system to track and locate inventory.
- Material Handling & Staging: Manually move, arrange, lift, and stack storage boxes, bins, and totes onto pallets, hand carts, or delivery trucks.
- Pallet Preparation: Safely load, secure, and shrink-wrap pallets at ground level or on carts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand carts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and ladder systems across concrete and uneven surfaces.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines, including wearing mandatory steel/composite-toe, slip-resistant protective footwear.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or record management environment.
- Comfort using handheld barcode scanners and basic computer systems for inventory lookup.
- Familiarity with safely operating manual material handling tools (pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Strong attention to detail when pulling and organizing numbered or cataloged inventory.

Qualifications:
- Physical Capability: Ability to frequently kneel, squat, reach, bend, stoop, crawl, and balance on ladders throughout a full 9-hour shift.
- Heavy Lifting: Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing up to 100 lbs without assistance, including on stairways and inclines.
- Communication: Functional proficiency in reading and writing English to handle labels, order slips, and system prompts.
- Footwear Requirement: Must possess or acquire steel-toe or composite-toe protective footwear meeting ASTM F2413-11 safety standards with a "Better or Best" slip-resistant rating.
