Responsibilities:
- Receiving & Unloading: Unload incoming freight, verify shipment contents against delivery manifests, and report any damages or discrepancies.
- Order Picking & Packing: Accurately locate, retrieve, and scan items using RF scanners or pick sheets. Securely pack products into shipping containers according to company standards.
- Stocking & Inventory: Move incoming stock to its designated storage locations, replenish picking shelves, and assist with periodic inventory counts.
- Shipping Preparation: Label boxes correctly, stack pallets efficiently, and wrap orders securely for transit.
- Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace by clearing debris, managing empty pallets, and strictly following all OSHA and company safety guidelines.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Qualifications:
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the duration of a shift, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Technical Aptitude: Experience using, or a willingness to learn, RF scanners, digital inventory systems, and basic warehouse software.
- Equipment Proficiency: Skilled in operating manual or electric pallet jacks. (Forklift certification is a major plus but not required).
- Basic Literacy & Math: Ability to accurately read shipping labels, count inventory, and understand written safety protocols.
- Teamwork & Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality, strong communication, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
