Line Operation: Monitor packaging machinery to ensure high-speed production targets are met daily.
Lifting: Bending and moving up to 50 lbs as needed
Quality Checks: Perform visual inspections to ensure packaging meets client standards and contains no defects.
Logistics Support: Assist in loading/unloading trucks and staging finished goods for shipment.
Maintenance Assistance: Help identify machine "off-standard" issues and report to maintenance to minimize downtime.
Documentation: Accurately track hourly production numbers, scrap counts, and safety logs.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Prior Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or packaging environment is beneficial.
Technical Awareness: A basic ability to identify machinery "off-standard" issues and communicate them to maintenance.
Logistics Knowledge: Familiarity with staging finished goods and loading/unloading trucks.
Attitude: A positive attitude and a readiness to grow within a local manufacturing team.

Work Ethic: You must be reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Physical Stamina: The role requires the ability to stand for the entire duration of a shift.
Physical Strength: You must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Flexibility: You must be willing to work multiple shifts or overtime based on fluctuating production needs.
Attention to Detail: The job requires performing visual quality inspections and accurately tracking production data, scrap counts, and safety logs.
