Spherion Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Worker for a industrial supply company in Wichita Falls, TX! Working schedule is Monday - Friday 8am-5pm and pay rate is $14.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Unload inbound freight from trucks and inspect shipments for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
- Receive items into inventory and accurately record incoming shipments.

- Pack, label, and stage outbound orders for customer pickup or local delivery.
- Read pick tickets or work orders to select the correct industrial goods.
- Restock shelves, bins, and designated storage locations to maintain an organized warehouse floor.
- Assist with periodic cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records.
- Safely operate material handling equipment such as sit-down/stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and hand trucks.
- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
- Sweep, clean, and organize aisles to ensure a safe, debris-free work environment.
- Assist walk-in commercial customers or local contractors with order pickup.
- Work closely with counter sales reps and inside sales personnel to fulfill urgent parts requests.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Ability to maintain quality control standards.

Ability to receive, track, and distribute materials, supplies, and equipment.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience working in a warehouse environment
Cashiering experience
Computer skills/ data entry
