WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
The Essentials (Required):
Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the "heavy lifting" (up to 50 lbs) and stay active on your feet for 8–12 hour shifts.
Precision: A sharp eye for detail—ensuring the right product gets to the right place every time.
Tech Savvy: Comfort using basic digital tools or handheld devices for tracking.
Reliability: A "no-excuses" approach to attendance and a commitment to workplace safety (PPE).
Communication: Ability to read complex labels and follow multi-step production orders.
The "Power User" Skills (Preferred but not required):
Valid Forklift Certification (Sit-down, Stand-up, or Order Picker).
Hands-on experience with RF Scanners or WMS software (SAP/Oracle).
Knowledge of LTL/Freight documentation and Bill of Lading (BOL).
Background in Cycle Counting or Quality Assurance auditing.
Military experience is a plus (proximity to Fort Jackson/McEntire).
