Foundational Skills (Required)

Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Safety First: Commitment to wearing PPE and following all industrial safety guidelines.

Advanced Skills (Preferred - Earn More Based on Expertise)
Equipment Mastery: Prior experience or certification on Sit-down/Stand-up Forklifts or Reach Trucks.
Digital Inventory: Familiarity using RF Scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Specialized Logistics: Experience with LTL/Freight shipping, manifest creation, or cycle counting.
Process Knowledge: Understanding of "lean manufacturing" or 5S organizational standards.
