We are seeking a reliable Weld Helper to join our Weld Line (3) team. You will support welders, prepare materials, and help keep production moving safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Line Support: Assist operators by staging, loading, and moving heavy materials, components, and tools.

Material Prep & Packing: Prep, clean, wrap, and pack raw materials or finished parts.
Safety & Housekeeping: Keep the workspace clean and hazard-free, following all HSE/PPE protocols.
Quality & Maintenance: Perform quick visual checks and basic maintenance on equipment.
Working hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Skills:
Basic knowledge of hand tools and mechanical concepts.
Education:
High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
Hands-on Experience: Background in outdoor or industrial roles (e.g., lawn care, landscaping, construction, or manufacturing).
Work History: Stable job history with strong attendance and reliability.
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 8?12 hour shifts standing/walking.
Safety-Focused: Strict adherence to safety guidelines and willingness to work overtime as needed.
