Responsibilities:
- Advanced Fabrication: Perform precision welding using MIG, TIG, Arc, and Stick techniques to manufacture and reinforce components for secure modular buildings.
- Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose, service, and repair a diverse fleet of compactors, containers, and carts to ensure operational readiness.
- Specialized Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical or structural issues in special-purpose equipment, ensuring all repairs meet high-security standards.
- Operational Safety: Strictly adhere to and implement safety procedures while operating heavy machinery and high-heat tools to maintain a zero-incident environment.
- Technical Documentation: Utilize fleet maintenance software (where required) to accurately log service history, track parts inventory, and document completed repairs.
- Tool & Part Management: Expertly select and operate the specific tools and equipment required for the servicing and refurbishment of industrial units.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished welds and repairs to ensure they meet the rigorous, field-tested standards required for military and government clients.
Working hours: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Multiprocess Welding: Proven proficiency in MIG, TIG, Arc, and Stick welding techniques.
- Mechanical Repair: Demonstrated ability to perform repairs on a variety of compactors, containers, and carts.
- Technical Operation: Skill in operating the specific tools, equipment, and parts utilized during the repair and servicing of specialized fleet units.
- Safety Mastery: Comprehensive knowledge of safety procedures and practices necessary while operating or repairing industrial equipment.
- Specialized Expertise: Skill in the repair and maintenance of special-purpose equipment.
- Experience & Education: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma (or equivalent).
- Compliance: Must possess and maintain a valid driver???s license.
