Precision Welding: Execute high-quality MIG and TIG welds on various materials, including aluminum, steel, and thin-gauge stainless steel.Material Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in welding both thick and thin gauge materials with a focus on proper penetration and heat control.Operational Setup: Set up and operate multiple machines and processes within the department; perform "tweaking" and adjustments to parts to ensure alignment with specifications.Technical Interpretation: Utilize intermediate knowledge of weld symbols and complex print interpretations to guide fabrication.High-Tolerance Fabrication: Maintain strict quality standards, consistently holding tolerances within.030. Process & Systems Knowledge. Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and minimize safety risks to prevent workplace injuries. Quality Assurance: Monitor for defects during production and suggest preventative measures to improve future output and reduce waste. Adaptability: Follow precise written and verbal instructions while maintaining the flexibility to support other departments as operational needs shift.

Skills:
Three to five years of welding experience. Preferred
