Spherion Staffing is hiring experienced Welders for several machine shops in the Sherman area! These positions are temporary-to-hire. Pay ranges from $18.00- $26.00/hr depending on experience, with multiple work schedules available.
Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities will include interpreting designs, monitoring machinery, and assessing welded components.

Use specialized machinery for industrial welding and oversee machines.
Inspect parts with standard gauges or devices.
Perform preventative maintenance.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Have a steady hand and outstanding attention to detail.
Working knowledge of overhead cranes and proper rigging techniques.
Reliable transportation
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Must be able to perform welding duties with minimal training
Know welding symbols.
