Team Leadership: Direct daily operations, including work assignments and personnel supervision, to meet rigorous production schedules and quality standards.
Operational Oversight: Monitor workflow productivity and proactively escalate or resolve issues affecting fabrication quality or departmental output.
Training & Compliance: Onboard and train staff on specialized materials and equipment while ensuring strict adherence to company safety policies and PPE requirements.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Skills:
Experience or willingness to be cross-trained in hardware, spot welding, and deburring to support high-demand production cycles.
A flexible approach to scheduling and a "team-first" mentality geared toward solving unexpected production challenges.

Qualifications:
Mastery of TIG welding processes with the ability to maintain tight tolerances on complex projects.
Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to motivate a team, manage cross-functional communication, and guide the department toward safety goals.
Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel) for tracking production and the ability to interpret complex work order flows.
