We are looking for a motivated, professional Wholesale Account Specialist to join a local organization. This role is perfect for a high-energy "people person" who balances a passion for local heritage with sharp administrative and sales skills.

- Maintain and grow relationships with our current wholesale partners, ensuring they are well-stocked and informed about seasonal offerings.

- Act as a brand ambassador, educating vendors on the unique qualities of products available.
- Work closely with the Frederick-based production and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. You must be comfortable navigating phone inquiries, taking orders, and resolving client issues with professionalism.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Experience in wholesale or order management is a plus

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work / rotate Saturday and holiday shifts with other staff.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
- 2+ years of strong customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent phone communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Teams.
