With more than 25 years of staffing industry experience and 16 years of business ownership with Spherion, Tom and Elizabeth Pentenburg, have acquired the two offices from longtime owners Scott and Eric Overmyer, who have served the region’s workforce and employers for more than two decades.

The transition marks the continuation of a family-driven, community-focused legacy in the Michiana region. For 23 years, the Overmyer brothers have helped thousands of residents find meaningful employment opportunities with many of Northern Indiana’s top employers. Their dedication to quality placements, trusted service, and care for the community has made Spherion a respected name among both job seekers and business leaders.
