Spherion Staffing & Recruiting Welcomes New Franchise Ownership in Cincinnati, OH and Northern KY

Husband-and-Wife Entrepreneurs Linn and Melissa Syravong Aim to Strengthen Workforce Development in the Region.

CINCINNATI – Spherion Staffing and Recruiting (Spherion) is pleased to announce new ownership for its Cincinnati, Ohio and Northern Kentucky offices. Longtime franchise owners Brian and Lynn Kraner have officially transitioned business ownership to Linn and Melissa Syravong, marking an exciting new chapter for Spherion’s presence in the Greater Cincinnati region.

The Syravongs bring a fresh perspective to the business. Linn has a strong foundation in professional sales within the consumer-packaged goods industry while Melissa is an entrepreneur who owns and operates her own coffee shop. Together, they will leverage their professional and entrepreneurial experience to support Spherion’s mission of driving careers, growing businesses, and bettering the communities Spherion calls home.

With strong relationships already in place with church groups and local sports organizations, the duo is eager to deepen their impact while creating valuable opportunities for individuals and businesses in the region.

“With retirement in mind, we began thinking about transitioning ownership of our offices. It was important to us to find someone energetic and with a strong sales background who could continue running with the strength of our existing team,” said Lynn, who, with Brian, has operated Spherion of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky for nearly 10 years. “We’ve seen the strong work ethic Linn and Melissa have brought to the table throughout their career journeys and are proud to welcome them into the Spherion community. Their passion for the Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati communities has been evident through this transition, and we’re confident the office is in great hands moving forward.”

The Syravongs will operate under Spherion’s general staffing model. They plan to grow the business and strengthen its presence across Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati. They will work alongside the existing office team to ensure a smooth transition for clients and job seekers. True to their commitment to community, Linn and Melissa plan to join the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, engage with local nonprofits and churches, and will soon host an open house to encourage connections with area businesses and residents.
